About half way between Pointon and Billingborough in Lincolnshire, on the B1177 (OS Landranger Map 130, Grid Reference TF 109 326) a cart track leads westwards towards Saint Andrew's Church (referred to as "Sempringham Abbey" by local people) which incorporates parts of the original building.  The memorial stands beside a small bridge just where the track turns right.

To see a map, click here.  The site is below the word "Well" close to the big blue "33".

You can eat at The Old Ship Inn, Pointon, 01529 241 400.

There is a display about Gwenllian in the church.  You can get the key by phoning the Church Tourist Contact: 01529 240 260.
