Rules of the Society
Every society has rules. These are ours, and we hope you'll agree they make sense.
Admission to all events is strictly by pre-paid pre-booking only. Event booking forms are included in the quarterly Newsletter. Please e-mail the Membership Secretary for the latest issue of the Newsletter, giving your postal address. Completed forms with cheques should be sent to the Treasurer. We regret that we can't take credit card payments over the Internet.
Cheques will not be refunded after the closing date unless an event is cancelled or we can sell your place(s) to someone else.
Bookings received after the advertised closing date will not normally be accepted.
Bookings should be accompanied by an SAE if confirmation is required.
